SHARE’s approach focuses on bringing preventive and early-detection healthcare closer to communities that may have limited access to regular healthcare services. Its work includes health screening, disease detection, medical consultation, health awareness, referral and follow-up support.

Our Approach
The 6-Step Delivery Framework

Community Mobilisation
Posters, announcements, bulk messaging, and grassroots community mobilization before the camp.
Step 2
Registration
Participants are registered and baseline health, occupational, and lifestyle data is recorded.
Step 3
Point-of-Care Screening
Vitals, Blood investigations, Chest X-Ray, Spirometry, and ECG conducted on-site.
Step 4
Medical Consultation
Doctors review diagnostic findings, conduct clinical exams, counsel, and prescribe medicines.
Step 5
Government Referral
Individuals needing secondary or specialized care are linked to PHCs and District Civil Hospitals.
Step 6
Follow-up & Continuity
WhatsApp lab reports in 3–5 days, doctor teleconsultations, and CHW home visits.
