Community Mobilisation
Before the health camp begins, extensive awareness and mobilisation activities are conducted across target hamlets, factory clusters, and residential colonies through:

- • Public address & village announcements
- • Bulk SMS & WhatsApp messaging to worker groups
- • Grassroots community mobilization with local leaders
Registration & Triage
Participants are registered systematically with a unique health ID. Basic demographics, occupational history, family history, and lifestyle risk factors are collected via structured health questionnaires.
Point-of-Care Screening
Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations are performed using portable clinical devices and phlebotomy:
Medical Consultation
Qualified medical doctors review on-site diagnostic test findings (ECG, X-Ray, Vitals) in real-time. They conduct physical examinations, provide lifestyle counseling, prescribe necessary medicines, and document baseline clinical records.
Government Referral
Individuals identified with critical, abnormal, or chronic conditions (e.g., active TB, severe uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, CKD) are linked to appropriate government healthcare facilities:
- • Primary Health Centres (PHC) & Community Health Centres (CHC)
- • District Civil Hospitals for specialized diagnostics
- • National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP) DOTS centres
Follow-up & Adherence
Care does not stop when the camp wraps up. We ensure continuity of treatment through:
- • WhatsApp delivery of laboratory blood reports within 3–5 days
- • Structured teleconsultations with doctors for abnormal test reports
- • Community Health Worker (CHW) home visits for medication compliance
- • Scheduled review visits to evaluate health improvement
Referral & Follow-up Ecosystem
Our closed-loop model connects communities from point-of-care screening directly to government tertiary institutions and regular tele-monitoring.
Immediate availability of Chest X-Ray, Spirometry, ECG, and physician clinical notes on-site.
Blood reports delivered directly to the beneficiary’s phone with simple color-coded normal/abnormal tags.
Structured tele-call review by doctors for individuals presenting with abnormal blood or metabolic values.
Community Health Workers support registration, institutional hospital navigation, and medication access.
